The Ragdoll Cat was developed over 50 years ago by combining the best characteristics of several different breeds including the Burman , Burmese , Persian and solid white DSH. Additional fees may apply for cats who have had or are due for vaccine boosters prior to adoption. Testing for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus or Feline Leukemia is is not included unless specifically indicated as testing is not standard practice.
As of AVAs adoption fee schedule will be as follows:
- Adult over 1 year: $200
- Adult over 1 year: $250
- Kitten or juvenile under 1 year: $225
- Kitten or juvenile under 1 year: $275
- Special breeds: Starting at $225 a $50 fee may be applied for special breeds who have had a booster administered prior to adoption.
