Frequently Asked Questions And Answers

What are people saying about hotels in Columbus, OH?

This is a review for hotels in Columbus, OH:

“My husband and I drove 6 hours to here from Chicago only to discover that we stupidly booked the wrong dates for the hotel. We apologized and started to figure out alternate lodging and the staff here could not have been nicer about the situation! They offered free drinks, a free brewery tour, and said they’d make sure we were taken care of for the whole evening because they could see how disappointed and upset we were at ourselves. We found another hotel down the street and will be eating at the Brewdog restaurant because it’s so cool. The staff were truly all so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We goofed this time but we will definitely be back to stay at the hotel! I wish we could remember the manager’s name on the afternoon of 5/7, but he rocks! :)”
